The longer you put off exercise the less chance that you’ll do it. You’ll be tired, or something will come up.

Morning exercise has other benefits too. When you exercise in the morning, you’ll feel energized for the day. Many people find they are less hungry after morning exercise. And many people think morning exercise puts them in a healthier mindset and that helps them make better food choices throughout the day.
